Memorial Windsor, by far, has the best management team and staff than any other apartment living experience Ive had previously. ... The concierge staff and the valet team genuinely seem happy to assist the residents. With friendly smiles and saying welcome back, often they will go the extra mile and even get the door for you, especially if your hands are full. The communication by the management staff is top notch: from the notification of amenity openings to unexpected closures, they keep you aware and they work hard to make sure the concerns that need attention are handled quickly. And the maintenance staff is awesome: requests are submitted through the portal, and like magic, concerns are resolved. The staff here are professional, but also friendly and caring. They havent lost their human-side when they come to work! Oh and the building is gorgeous and in most units, the views are breathtaking regardless of the direction you face. Timothy and Jonathan with the Concierge staff are the perfect persons to greet you upon entering the lobby. They have a genuine interest in the residents and always ready to give a helping hand or to ask how was your day! Maria and Anna in the leasing office were outstanding during the winter storm in keeping everyone updated on the power and water outages. It was very helpful. Alette Patterson is a fantastic assistant property manager. She is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and always takes the time to talk with residents about any concerns they may have or just to say hello and do you need anything.
